Setting up appropriate equipment:
As Director I don't specifically have a role for setting up certain equipment, but I do have to instruct where all the equipment has to be so the shots look and sound well in the overall production in each department of the equipment.
Camera - For the camera I had to instruct on the position and have it set up where it would be for when filming the different shots.
Lights - Same as the camera for the lights sometimes I had to direct on where the lights should be during certain shots.
Monitor - For when the monitor was being moved around I had to ensure that its was out of frame from the camera and still viewable for me.
Boom Mic - For the microphone I had to direct on where the mic should be positioned and ensuring it's not in frame of the camera.
Here are some pictures of me directing where certain equipment should be
in-between each shot and where they should be set up.

Working in the edit suite:
Here's me working on the edit of the footage and following safe work practices while in the edit suite. I've adjusted the screen to my liking and what I find most comfortable. I've positioned my chair so I am straight up with correct posture and made sure my posture didn't get bad or stated to slouch. I took regular breaks after every hour, often involving getting up and stretching, looking out in the distance so my eyes can adjust also.
